AgSkilled 3.0 General Training Programs are now available exclusively through o2 Columnur partners, Raise Training. Let me guide you on how to secure funding for your training course through AgSkilled 3.0 General Training.
The AgSkilled 3.0 General Training programs cover the following areas:
Elevated Work Platform Licence
Forklift Licence
Work Safely at Heights
Who Can Participate? Eligible participants must meet the following criteria:
Either an Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
15 years of age or above (must be 16 years of age for WSAH)
No longer attending school
Living or working in NSW, You must also be currently working or seeking employment in the agricultural plant-growing and livestock industry sectors.
Application Process for Funding Approval:
If you are interested in seeking funding approval, you must submit an Expression of Interest. This requires either endorsement from the employer or if you are a sole trader, endorsement from an appropriate industry representative.
Expressions of Interest are collected monthly, with applications typically processed within one month. Training opportunities are usually available 1-2 months after submitting an Expression of Interest.

Important Application Details:
Applications must be made by the farm or company. To ensure sufficient time for processing and approval, applications should be submitted before the end of the month. Evidence is required in the form of a letter of endorsement on company letterhead and must include the following:
A brief overview of the farming size and practices
Number of staff members employed, along with the names of those requiring training
How the training will benefit the farm
Funding approval is determined on a case-by-case basis by TSNSW and is not guaranteed.
