Deposits and cancellation policy

To secure a spot in our courses, participants will be required to pay a deposit. Our deposit and cancellation policy is outlined as follows:

Full Refund:

  • Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their course registration at least 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. 

    Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days after receiving the written request. 

    Cancellations

    within 48 Hours:

  • If a participant cancels their registration within 48 hours of the event, they will forfeit their 50% deposit. 

    Failure to attend:

  • If a participant fails to attend with no notice they will forfeit their 50% deposit. 

    Payment Terms:

  • We accept payments via various methods, but please note that we do not accept cheques or money orders. All payments must be received in full before the course commences. Payment terms for tax invoices issued by Liftek Training are set at seven (7) days. 

Payments can be made through the following methods:

i) Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments, which can be made either in person or over the phone.

ii) EFT Transfer Payments: EFT transfer details, including the account name, BSB number, and account number, are provided on all tax invoices for your convenience.

Early Termination or Failure to Provide Service:

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver training and assessment services for any reason, we will take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. This may involve rescheduling the course or providing you with an appropriate refund. However, if we can offer an alternative and suitable service within a reasonable timeframe, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Our commitment to providing accurate information is paramount.

Therefore, we regularly review the information we provide to current and prospective learners and clients to ensure that it aligns with our values and principles.

We want to emphasise that our training and assessment services do not guarantee the following:

A) A learner's automatic success in completing the course, as it depends on their efforts and participation. It is not just about paying the fees and attending the course.

B) Anything that contradicts the information within our Training and Assessment Strategy, which serves as the guiding document for our services.

C) A guarantee of a specific job outcome. While our courses can certainly enhance your prospects, we do not promise a job will be waiting for you upon completion.
